Product Information
Daiwa’s 23 Tdr Distance 25 QD is a distance feeder reel for anglers looking to cast accurately and retrieve when fishing for bigger quarry.
Its shallow 25mm LC Long Cast spool holds 150m of 0.28mm mono, while the twin-lip profile keeps line travel even and reduces friction as line leaves the spool.
A mini big-pit profile works with a geared-down 4.7:1 ratio to deliver a 96cm retrieve per handle turn, balancing retrieval speed with winding power.
Digigear II and six ball bearings provide smooth operation and power under load, while the HIP line clip helps with distance control.
Machined aluminium LC spools, a One-Touch Folding Handle, Zaion body, Zaion Air Rotor, Air Bail, Twistbuster II and QD Drag form part of the reel’s build.
A Super Shallow spare spool holds 135m of 0.12mm braid, so you can set the reel up for braid without filling it with hundreds of metres of backing.
