If nuisance fish or crayfish keep picking at your hookbait, the Castaway Bait Guard Mesh System gives it a protective outer layer. The durable 25mm mesh helps the bait stay intact for longer once the rig is in the water.
You get a continuous seven-metre length supplied in a tube, so there is plenty to cut to suit individual hookbaits. It is a straightforward option for protecting a presentation without changing the bait itself.
