Product Information
Avid Carp describes the blank of the Elevate Spod/Marker as the thinnest, lightest and most powerful it has ever produced. The rod is designed to cast Spombs and marker floats accurately at long range, and its ultra-fast recovery adds distance and accuracy to the cast.
The blank is slim high modulus XK Carbon with a 1K carbon wrap, and a 1ft whipping on the blank is there for depth accuracy. American Tackle Ti-Forged Air guides run from 50mm to 16mm and finish in a 16mm ceramic anti-frap tip ring.
The reel seat is a Fuji 18mm DPS in Gunsmoke, with a Gunsmoke coned butt cap and finishings to match. The handle is shrink wrapped with a flared butt, the graphics are understated, and the rod comes in 12ft and 13ft models.
