Four lighting modes make the Highlander Outdoors Polaris 550 Head Torch suitable for full trail illumination or campsite lighting. Power, Eco, Low and Flash settings include dimmer levels for a less intense beam, while its 550-lumen output reaches up to 300m.
An elasticated head strap and over-head stabilisation strap hold the torch securely. The main light sits at the front, with the rechargeable battery pack at the rear, and the aluminium and ABS construction weighs 172g.
