ESP D-Sleeves are designed for Ronnie and Spinner rigs, and they complement Cryogen Trig-Hammers. Each sleeve fits snugly over the hook eye and swivel crook, allowing the hook to be changed quickly. The sleeves are durable yet soft. They are supplied in Small and Large sizes.

The D-Sleeve positions the hook and pop-up with greater separation for improved rig mechanics and hook holds. A bait screw provides easy, secure hook-bait attachment. Each pack contains 10 sleeves and 10 bait screws.
