ESP Rubber Shock Beads can be used on helicopter and chod rigs. The 5mm bead fits over 0.5mm silicone tubing on leadcore, and its enlarged bore lets it pass over the leader knot if a break occurs.

For running lead and marker float setups, the 8mm bead uses an extra tough polymer as a shock absorber. Its tapered bore fits snugly against the eye of a size 9 swivel.
