Catfish Pro’s Submarine Tipper Rig was developed by Graham Bell for catfish fishing with leeches, worms, squid and small livebaits. It fishes a pop-up bait from the bottom at any depth, with full rig details supplied.

The rig includes spare semi-rigid tubing and an XXL Super Slider. The slider creates the free-running arrangement that lets the rig pop up, while Catfish Pro recommends using a heavy 5oz lead.
