The 12ft Method Feeder is the heaviest feeder rod in Preston's Monster X range, developed to cast around 60 to 70m where larger fish are the target.
Added power throughout the blank lets it cast larger feeders and take control of large fish at the netting stage. The rod can also be used on rivers and large stillwaters for species such as bream, barbel and chub.
It measures 3.65m in two sections plus a quivertip, with a transport length of 183cm and a 60cm handle. The rod weighs 247g, has a casting weight of 60g and a line rating of 4 to 8lb, and is supplied with three tips in 1.5oz, 2oz and 2.5oz.
