The Westin W3 SBASS 3RD ROD has a fast, responsive action for bass lure fishing with hard or soft lures. It offers control when flipping, pitching or casting crankbaits, with the sensitivity and power Westin designed for each cast.
The lightweight yet robust Torayca high-performance carbon blank is paired with a Carbon VSS-EULM reel seat, Seaguide TUXOLSG guides and a high-quality EVA handle. Its components are engineered for balance and comfort, and a Seaguide TUHOOK#4 hook keeper is fitted.
It comes as an 8ft 8in medium rod rated 9-35g, plus 9ft and 10ft medium-heavy rods rated 12-42g. The 9ft medium-heavy rod comes in two or four sections, while the 10ft model weighs 169g and packs down to 156cm.
