Product Information
The Westin W2 Deadbait Multi Purpose 12ft Rod is a versatile rod for traditional deadbait fishing for big pike on larger lakes, big gravel pits and large rivers. Its powerful action has the backbone to set hooks on the strike and subdue powerful predators.
It also suits drifter fishing at distance, leger and paternoster rigs.
The rod's 24/30-ton high-performance carbon blank is fitted with a VSS screw-down reel seat, premium S-TLSG guides and a line clip. It also has a full-length handle made from premium-grade EVA.
This 12ft / 360cm model has a 150g casting weight and 2.75lb test curve. Its traditional two-piece construction works with the carefully designed blank to cast soft baits long distances during deadbait fishing.
