Product Information
The Sonik Gravity Spod and Marker Rod 12ft is a dedicated spod and marker rod made for casting at distance. It uses a high modulus, low resin carbon blank with a multi-directional carbon lay-up in the tip section.
That construction gives it an extra-powerful casting action and superfast tip recovery.
An Anti-Torsion-Core handle adds casting power without compromising blank action, while ultra-light Seaguide TDG PVD-coated DL black guides aid casting. The rod uses 50mm guides, a seamless-weld anti-frap ceramic tip ring and a 17mm black DPS reel seat for big-pit reels.
At 12ft or 3.60m, the rod has a sleek semi-matte armoured-carbon finish and a slim Japanese shrink-wrap butt grip. The black anodised butt cap carries Sonik’s laser-etched S logo.
