For heavy feeder work and longer-range fishing, the Korum Latitude FD 6000 Reel uses a quick drag system that suits static rods with alarms as well as quivertip fishing.
A heavy-duty oscillation gear system balances well with the wide-arbour aluminium spool, and the graphite body and rotor are paired with an aluminium CNC handle with a rubber knob.
The reel runs on five plus one ball bearings, and Korum also makes the Latitude FD in a 5000 size. This 6000 holds 250m of 0.30mm line, has a maximum drag force of 10kg and weighs 410g.
