For short sessions and overnighters when you want to stay mobile, the ESP Lo-Pro MK2 Umbrella is a lightweight brolly shelter with a dark olive, blackout PU cover.
Its 210d PU-backed polyester has a 5,000mm hydrostatic head, while the inner laminate stops sunlight coming through the material.
Six of the eight elasticated ribs reach the ground, so storm poles are not needed in most conditions. Attachments on the upper front ribs still accept storm poles in severe weather or when you want the front raised, and the space-saver frame maintains headroom when set low.
Height, width and internal space can be adjusted for weather, terrain and visibility.
An extended waterproof rear skirt gives carryalls and rucksacks a place behind the bedchair away from damp and dirt, while a front rain baffle stops drips. The shelter fits most bedchairs and suits compact models best.
Extended ribs detach and fold down to a 1.73m packed length, and it weighs 3.7kg without its bag and eight pegs or 4.4kg with them.
