Daiwa Tournament Pro Surf Rod
Product Information
Designed for serious beach anglers and accomplished casters, the Daiwa Tournament Pro Surf Rod brings substantial casting power together with bite detection. Its HVF carbon blank uses X45 and 3DX reinforcement for high power conversion.
The refined all-carbon tip flexes progressively for loading and has enough rigidity to resist tidal tow while showing slight plucks from smaller fish. A parallel butt section carries a sliding Fuji DPS reel seat, so the reel position can be moved up or down.
It comes in 13ft 6in and 14ft 6in lengths, both with a 4 to 8oz casting weight and two sections. Fuji KWAG guides have a forward angle and wider frame to prevent line wraps and backlash, and a semi-hard rod case is included.
