Matrix X9 Carp Wide Gape Eyed Hooks

Product Information

Matrix X9 Carp Wide Gape is an eyed hook with a super-wide gape, PTFE coating and a curved profile. That shape is intended to improve hook hold while hair rigging pellets, making it suited to carp fishing with pellet waggler or bomb tactics.

The barbless pattern keeps the presentation clean, with a range of ordinary sizes.

The X9 is a focused pellet hook rather than a general-purpose fine-wire pattern. Its curved wide-gape design gives the hook a broad opening around the bait and is specifically described for carp work.

Sizes 10, 12, 14 and 16 cover the available range, allowing the hook to be matched to different pellet and bait presentations.
