Matrix X8 X-Power is an eyed carp hook pattern built around an extra-strong, wide-gape shape with a PTFE coating. It is intended for hair rigging big baits, where the wider opening and durable finish suit demanding carp work.

It comes barbless, in a range of ordinary hook sizes to match the bait and presentation.

The X8 is designed for strength and durability when targeting big fish, rather than delicate presentation work. Available sizes are 10, 12, 14 and 16, giving useful scope from larger baits down to smaller carp offerings.

Each packet contains 10 hooks, so the pattern is practical for tying several rigs or carrying spares.
