The CWC PRO Stainless Steel x 7 UV Orange Tandem Stingers are wire stinger rigs for fitting to soft-plastic lures. Each uses nylon-coated seven-strand stainless wire, a stainless BFT Crane swivel and plastic-coated copper locking sleeves.
The design was developed for the Strike Pro Pig Shad range and fits soft plastics across brands. A CWC Stinger Spike and Shallow Screw, plus flattened 2X-Strong spring rings, complete the connection system.
Each stinger carries a laser-ground treble hook with a UV coating, and the wire has an Ultra Violet Orange coating over its seven-strand stainless construction. The spring-ring arrangement is intended to allow a smooth transition to the BFT Flexhead Pike.
It comes in three formats: Junior uses 60lb wire with a size 1 hook for lures up to 20cm; Original uses 100lb wire with a size 2/0 hook for lures up to 23cm; Giant uses 100lb wire with a size 3/0 hook for lures up to 26cm.
