Savage Gear Weedless EWG Hooks are wide gape hooks for mounting soft lures weedless, including Real Eels and shads. The strong medium gauge forged carbon steel pattern has an ultra sharp needle point and micro barb, with a stainless steel centrepin corkscrew to secure the lure.

This layout is intended for working a soft plastic through vegetation, snags, reeds and lily pads.

The range is offered in 4/0 and 6/0 hook sizes, with plain and weighted options. A 2g belly weight is listed for the 4/0, while 6/0 is available plain or with a 3g weight; the weighted patterns are supplied four per pack and the plain hooks six.

The belly weight balances a loose body lure and the underspin blade rotates to produce flash.
